Quick Stir-fried Rice Meal

This is what I had tonight for dinner. It's one of my favorite quick and easy yummy recipes.
You can add whatever veggies you like, but this is what I tend to use:

For 2 people:
1 teaspoon canola or sesame oil
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
1/2 head of kale, pre-steamed so it's relatively soft
1/2 block of firm tofu, cubed
1-2 tsp soy sauce (to taste)
dash Frank's Red Hot or a dash of red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cups(approx) cooked rice( long or short grain)

Heat the oil on medium-high in a large frying pan. Add onions and saute until they are
a little browned. Add tomato, pre-cooked kale, tofu, soy sauce, and Red Hot or pepper flakes.
Saute until the tomatoes and tofu are heated. Add the rice saute everything, stirring constantly
for a few minutes. Top with a little fresh ground pepper, and enjoy!
